Exceed AI, a leading sales and marketing AI, approached our studio with a vision to enhance their online presence and improve lead conversion rates. 

Our collaboration aimed to revamp their digital strategy, redesign the website, and implement conversion optimization tactics to drive growth and maximize sales efficiency.

Client’s Background

Exceed AI is a leading provider of AI-powered lead qualification, engagement and lead nurturing services. Exceed's core business revolves around leveraging AI tools to filter leads across various channels such as web chat, SMS, ad interactions, and website engagement. 

Their innovative approach helps clients save time and resources by connecting them only with the most qualified leads, resulting in improved sales efficiency and effectiveness

Goals and Challenges Faced

Exceed AI approached our digital agency with a challenge. Their website had an outdated design, a problematic URL structure, inadequate page titles, and a poorly designed customer success story page. 

These issues were affecting their online presence, user experience, and conversion rates, particularly on key pages like AI for Sales and AI for Marketing.

Solution

Our team conducted a thorough analysis of Exceed AI's website and identified key areas for improvement. To address the outdated design and poor user experience, we embarked on a complete website redesign project. 

This involved creating a modern and visually appealing design that aligns with Exceed AI's brand identity while ensuring seamless navigation and user engagement.

One of the major challenges was the website's URL structure, which was hindering SEO performance. We restructured the URLs to be more search engine friendly, incorporating relevant keywords and logical hierarchy to improve organic search visibility.

To enhance user interaction and capture attention, we implemented dynamic animations and interactive elements throughout the website. This not only made the site more engaging but also conveyed Exceed AI's innovative approach to lead qualification using AI tools.

A key focus was on optimizing the AI for Sales and AI for Marketing pages, which are pivotal in showcasing Exceed AI's services and driving conversions. 

We revamped these pages with compelling content, clear call-to-action buttons, and strategically placed social proof elements to instill trust and credibility among visitors.

Furthermore, we created a UI kit for all sections on the site, enabling Exceed AI to easily create landing pages in the future by selecting sections and changing the copy. 

This streamlined the process of creating new pages and allowed for greater flexibility in their digital marketing efforts.

Results

Due to Exceed AI's acquisition by another company, the implementation of the new design and improvements has been halted. 

However, while this exceptional website redesign will not be realized in practice, it will forever remain in our memory and hearts. 

This case study stands as a living testament to the most remarkable website redesign that, unfortunately, the world will not have the opportunity to witness.
